Terms of Service

Effective date: July 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Cash Holdings website, dashboard, applications, integrations, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”

The Service is operated by [legal entity name], doing business as Cash Holdings, referred to in these Terms as “Cash Holdings,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

When using the Service for a company, brand, client, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization and to connect, access, and manage its accounts and information.

You may not connect a social-media, marketplace, advertising, or other third-party account unless you own the account or have permission from its owner.

2. Description of the Service

Cash Holdings provides tools for authorized businesses, brands, and account managers to connect supported third-party accounts and view information such as:

account and channel information;

audience, reach, engagement, and performance metrics;

content and media statistics;

operational and reporting information;

integration status and synchronization history; and

other authorized business intelligence.

Available features may vary by account, platform, subscription, region, or third-party provider.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

maintaining accurate account information;

restricting unauthorized access to your account;

using reasonable security measures; and

promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused directly by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

You may not share credentials with unauthorized persons or attempt to access another user’s account.

4. Connecting third-party accounts

The Service may allow you to connect accounts from TikTok, YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, marketplaces, advertising providers, and other third-party platforms.

When you connect an account, you authorize Cash Holdings to request and process the information permitted by the permissions you approve.

You may disconnect an integration through the Service where that functionality is available, through the applicable third-party platform, or by contacting us.

Cash Holdings does not own or control third-party platforms. Their products, availability, policies, APIs, and functionality may change or become unavailable without notice.

5. YouTube API Services

Some features use YouTube API Services.

By using features that access YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Your use of YouTube and Google products remains governed by the applicable Google and YouTube terms, policies, and account settings.

6. Instagram, Meta, and TikTok services

Features that connect to Instagram, Meta, or TikTok are subject to the applicable terms, policies, permissions, and restrictions imposed by those platforms.

You must comply with those requirements when using connected-platform information through Cash Holdings.

Cash Holdings is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Google, or YouTube unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service unlawfully, deceptively, or fraudulently;

connect an account without authorization;

access data beyond the permissions granted by the relevant account owner;

scrape, harvest, or collect information through unauthorized means;

interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;

probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without written authorization;

bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions;

upload malware or malicious code;

impersonate another person or organization;

use platform data to harass, discriminate against, profile, or harm individuals;

sell, license, or disclose connected-account data except as legally permitted and expressly authorized;

use the Service to violate third-party intellectual-property or privacy rights; or

assist another person in doing any prohibited act.

8. Data accuracy and business decisions

Information provided through the Service may come from third-party platforms, delayed synchronization processes, user input, estimates, or external systems.

We do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You remain responsible for independently reviewing information before making financial, advertising, contractual, employment, investment, tax, legal, or other material decisions.

The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, interfaces, design, branding, documentation, and original content, is owned by Cash Holdings or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Cash Holdings grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for authorized business purposes.

This license does not permit you to copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law prohibits such restrictions.

You retain ownership of content and information you lawfully provide to the Service.

You grant Cash Holdings a limited license to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and fulfill your requests.

10. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Cash Holdings permission to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature of the Service.

We may also modify integrations when third-party platforms change their APIs, permissions, technical requirements, or policies.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe:

these Terms have been violated;

an account is being used without authorization;

access creates security, legal, or platform-compliance risks;

required third-party permissions have been revoked;

continued operation could harm Cash Holdings, a user, or another party; or

suspension is required by law or a third-party platform.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Cash Holdings disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet every requirement, operate without interruption, or be free from errors or harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Holdings and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

Our total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

the amount you paid Cash Holdings during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

one hundred United States dollars.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if we were advised that damages were possible.

15. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cash Holdings and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

your misuse of the Service;

your violation of these Terms;

your unauthorized connection or use of a third-party account;

your violation of applicable law or platform policies; or

your violation of another person’s rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State and country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms or the Service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], and each party consents to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Have a local attorney revise this section if you want arbitration or a class-action waiver.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The revised version will display a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
